Industrial zones have many problems, such as massive energy consumption, low efficiency and security loophole. Facing these, Midea generates a zero-carbon industrial western zone through improving efficiency, optimizing the system, applying green technology, trade carbon sink and smart offices. To cut carbon emission, the roof area of the office buildings are first leveraged to set up the distributed photovoltaic and energy storage integrated system, which can help reduce the reliance on fossil power from the root and cut overall carbon emissions. Secondly, the park connects and controls all kinds of equipment through building automation to achieve efficient and low-carbon operation. The iBUILDING intelligent operation center can manage energy in a precise manner, and compare the core data of low-carbon emission reduction, thus customizing management strategies for the park. The intelligent management centers around the iBUILDING to provide a LIFE digital smart park solution which relies on six platform capabilities, combining its own products and business with digital twin technology to link people, equipment and space. Based on iBUILDING, we’ve carried out intelligent transformation and used one APP and one backstage center to create 15 application scenarios and 26 products which include a total of 110 core function modules and 40+ types of equipment. As a result, the system covers smart travel, office, operation and maintenance to form a safe, efficient and low-carbon smart park model.
