Abstract：XAG V40 Agricultural Drone has tilting twin-rotor structure, and the arm and propeller fold over doubly. It can go with XAG developed RevoSpray, RevoCast, RealTerra system, flying control system, and radar system. The handler with high performance and strong artificial intelligence algorithms could help agricultural drone realize the full autonomous field mapping, precise spraying, smart spreading and precise obstacle avoidance, which unprecedentedly improve the efficiency of digital agriculture. Design Purpose: With innovation of technology and structure, operation capacity is increased, functions of easy operation, high intelligence, stable wind field, strong penetration, suitable removal with folding fuselage, simple structure, low cost of maintenance and all-in-one machine are achieved, full autonomous field management is satisfied, and the worldwide agricultural production efficiency is improved. Design Background: With rapid development of technology, drone is applied more and more widely and plays a more and more importance role in agricultural crop protection. It promotes drone’s special advantage to agriculture, and plays an important role in agricultural development. Since most are four-rotor or six-rotor drones with complex structure, high cost, deficient operation performance in the current market, customers want for a series of solution with more precise, efficient and saving spraying in crop protection, spreading and mapping. Therefore, XAG V40 Agricultural Drone is developed.
